Refund Policy

Incorporation

This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Sale & Use by reference and forms part of your agreement with us. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in those Terms.

No returns

We do not accept returns. Because these are sensitive research materials, we cannot verify the storage conditions, handling, or integrity of any material once it has left our custody, and we cannot return it to inventory. This applies to opened and unopened materials alike.

Where a refund or replacement is approved under this policy, it is issued without requiring you to return the material. Do not ship materials back to us; unauthorized returns will not be accepted, will not be credited, and may be refused or discarded.

COA-backed guarantee

Every lot we sell is tested by a third-party laboratory and covered by a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. If the Certificate of Analysis covering the lot you received does not confirm the identity and purity stated for that product, contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery and we will issue a replacement or a full refund at your election.

To make a claim under this guarantee, email [email protected] with your order number and the product at issue. We will identify the Certificate of Analysis applicable to your order from our inventory and dispatch records and provide it to you. If you have obtained independent third-party analysis, you may submit it and we will review it alongside our own records; we may, at our expense, obtain confirmatory testing before determining a claim.

This guarantee covers the identity and purity of the material as stated on the Certificate of Analysis. It does not extend to the performance, suitability, or results of any experiment, assay, or application, which depend on factors outside our control.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, or you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. Where we confirm the claim, we will replace the item or issue a refund. See our Shipping Policy for shipments lost in transit.

What is not covered

This policy does not cover: materials that have been stored outside the stated storage conditions after delivery, or otherwise mishandled; reconstituted, diluted, aliquoted, prepared, or altered materials, except where a Certificate of Analysis claim under this policy is substantiated; experimental results, assay performance, or any outcome of your use of the material; any material used, administered, ingested, injected, or consumed outside the research use permitted by our Terms of Sale & Use; and change of mind, ordering error, or no longer needing the material.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of our confirming the claim. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider and is outside our control.

Where the original payment method is unavailable, has been closed, or was reversed, we may issue the refund as store credit or by another reasonable method. Store credit is governed by the Terms of Sale & Use.

Where a refund is issued in connection with a payment that was itself returned, reversed, or charged back, we may offset the returned amount and the returned-payment fee described in the Terms of Sale & Use.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order before dispatch by emailing [email protected]. We will cancel and refund in full where we receive the request before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any store credit, and the terms of Section 10 of the Terms of Sale & Use apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change applies prospectively from the effective date of the new version and governs orders placed on or after that date. We retain each prior version and will provide any prior version on request.
