Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We build this site to be used with a screen reader, with a keyboard alone, with screen magnification or speech input, and with motion turned down. Accessibility is treated as part of how a page is built here rather than something added afterwards, and a barrier reported to us is treated as a defect, not a request.

Conformance status

We measure this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site is partially conformant, which means most of it meets that standard and some content does not yet fully meet it. We do not claim full conformance and we have not been certified by an outside party — see Assessment approach below.

What the site does today

Every page opens with a "Skip to content" link. Page regions and navigation are marked up as named landmarks. Interactive controls can be reached and operated from the keyboard and show a visible focus outline. Images carry text alternatives, and icons that are purely decorative are hidden from assistive technology instead of being read aloud as noise. Form fields have real labels rather than a placeholder standing in for one. The language of each page is declared. When your system asks for reduced motion, transitions, animation, and smooth scrolling are switched off automatically.

Known limitations and what we are doing about them

Certificates of Analysis are issued by the testing laboratory and published as images of the laboratory's own document, so a screen reader cannot read what is inside them. The product, lot, and purity figure for each certificate are published as text beside it, and we will send the full result in plain text on request. We are working to publish the full certificate contents as machine-readable text alongside the image so that the workaround is no longer needed.

Ordering requires JavaScript — the cart and checkout will not work without it. If this prevents you from completing an order, contact us and we will place the order with you directly.

Payment steps handled by an outside payment provider take place on that provider's pages and are outside our control. If you encounter a barrier there, tell us and we will raise it with the provider and find another way to complete your order.

We have not tested every page against every combination of browser and assistive technology.

Technical specifications

Access to this site relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA. It is built for current versions of the major browsers used together with current assistive technology. Older combinations may work less well.

Assessment approach

This statement is based on self-evaluation by the people who build the site — keyboard-only testing and review of the markup — and not on a third-party audit or certification. We state that plainly because a statement claiming more than has actually been tested is worth nothing to the person relying on it.

It helps to include the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days. If something is stopping you from reading a document or finishing an order, say so — we will get you the information in another format, or complete the order with you directly, while the underlying problem is being fixed.

Reviews and changes

We review this statement when the site changes materially and when a reported barrier is fixed. The version identifier and effective date above reflect the current version, and we retain each prior version.
